Wind Energy Power Plant (WPP or WEPP) inspections can be grouped into 2 main categories in terms of Client protfolio:

1. Services for Project Developers and Owners: Generally wind energy developers and owners are private entities who will run the projects in the mid and long term. So the planning and construction phase of the projects are crucial for their Project feasibility analysis. In this manner, below services shall be done accordingly:

• Planning and conducting of wind measurements
• Indicative Study / Meso mapping
• Investigation of meteorological site condition
• Mast procurement and installation
• Statistical analysis of wind measurements
• Assessment of wind potential and energy yield
• Periodical inspections, rope access, damage & repair inspections

2. Services for Project Financers and Lenders (e.g. Banks): Most of the Wind projects are developed with a financing mechanism regardless of financing model. There is always some part of equity included in the projects but most generally more than half of the investment is funded by Lenders like Banks, Funds, Leasing companies or etc. For this reason, project feasiblity studies play main role for the financing partners of the wind projects.

• Critical review of existing due diligence reports
• Detailed due diligence
• Owner’s engineering during the complete project implementation phase
• Issuance of draw-down lists and certifcates
• Preparation of punch list
• Project completion report
• Review of regulatory permits and approvals
