Technical and Financial Due Diligence (TDD) Services

Technical and Financial Due Diligence services are integral part of projects especially when they are financed through a Project Finance mechanism. Sometimes during project financing, a specific company called "Special Purpose Vehicle" may be established to run the Project during construction and operation. Activities for Due Diligence services are but not limited to:

• Technical Due Diligence:
  • Evaluation of existing buildings, facilites, equipment, materials etc.
  • Risk / defect analysis, analysing the existing equipment & structures, partitions, mechanical and electrical systems
  • Non-destructive tests (NDT), management of the renovation / rehabilitation drawings including calculations
• Financial Due Diligence
  • Financial evaluation of new or existing investments, financial checks
  • Credit controls and approval of payment releases
  • Design review, contract review, follow-up the contractual conditions, follow-up completion ratio of the works, quality control
