Hdyroelectric power projects are generally more construction focused projects due to the nature of hydropower plants. Service can be classified into 3 phases:

• Project feasibility and design phase: Project management, project monitoring and project financing / budgeting, due diligence, procurement and implementation support, feasibility studies and locations studies, Construction site investigation: Topography and cartography, geotechnical study, interference analysis with protected areas, archaeological sites.
• Construction and Commissioning phase: Owner’s engineering services: Budget, schedule and quality control, geotechnical reports, review and approval of design modifications, review of technical specifications and procurement planning. In factory inspections, approval and follow up of inspection points programme, daily surveillance of construction works, follow up of required machinery and personnel, health, safety and environmental management (HSE), supervision of the contractors and quality control plans.
• Operation and Maintenance phase: Operation and maintenance planning, tendering and supervision of maintenance and repair, quality management and quality audits, quality indicators monitoring, facilities management planning and monitoring, structural studies and monitoring, risk and safety assessment, health, safety and environmental management (HSE)
