  • The definition of “construction product” means any product or kit which is produced for incorporation in a permanent manner in construction works or parts thereof and the performance of which has an effect on the performance of the construction works. In summary, each material which becomes an unmovable part of the construction lays under this definition. These products vary under a wide umbrella such as concrete, steel materials, doors & windows, insulation products, water pipes, wooden panels etc.
