Construction Supervision and Infrastructure Inspections

Different types of civil constructions like residential, commercial and industrial shall be supervised during construction and operation phases. On the other hand, infrastucture projects like airports, tunnels, bridges, road and etc shall also be verified by a competent third party company:

• Technical control during Design phase: Review and verify; Architectural Drawings, Static And Structural Drawings, Fire safety of people and buildings, Mechanical Systems, Electrical Systems, Automation Systems, and compare them to standards and codes with the relevant calculations.
• Project Management during construction: Technical specfications preparation, QA / QC documentation and inspection plans, Evaluation / verification of equipments and materials, BoQ and pre-budget preparation, Evaluation of contractors / designers, Coordination of parties involved in Project, Value engineering / verification of design and calculation and Shop inspections (factory productions and pre-manufactured works)
• Construction Supervision include; Site management, Coordination and control of contactors, Time management (Scheduling), Cost & budget management, QA / QC management and Site safety controls and supervision.
