Project Management during construction: Technical specfications preparation, QA / QC documentation and inspection plans, Evaluation / verification of equipments and materials, BoQ and pre-budget preparation, Evaluation of contractors / designers, Coordination of parties involved in Project, Value engineering / verification of design and calculation and Shop inspections (factory productions and pre-manufactured works)
